We are excited to announce that Adam Bryk, our Senior Vice President of Finance, has been promoted to the position of President, CES Transformers effective February 3, 2025.
Adam’s Background
Adam brings a wealth of expertise as a highly accomplished CPA with an MBA from Toronto University. Over the course of his career, he has held several key leadership roles, including at Deloitte, where he spearheaded innovative initiatives to enhance financial structures, streamline operations, and support business growth. His vast expertise in financial management and operational strategy has been a key factor in his consistent success.
Adam’s strengths go beyond financial expertise. Known for his collaborative leadership, he fosters teamwork and approaches challenges with calm composure. His strategic insight, integrity, and commitment to achieving collective success have earned him the respect and trust of both colleagues and stakeholders alike.
As CES continues its trajectory of growth and expansion, it is crucial to have a leader who is able to centralize communication and support strategies across the entire organization. Adam has a proven track record in financial management, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making. Adam’s exceptional ability to analyze opportunities, align them with business objectives, and foster collaboration across departments makes him the ideal choice for this role.
His promotion reflects CES’ commitment to maintaining fiscal discipline while ensuring the organization is strategically positioned for long-term success. In his new role as President, Adam will serve as the key executive leader, accountable for driving CES’ overall vision, financial performance, and operational success. He will oversee the company’s entire P&L, managing the complexities of a multi-site manufacturing operation and its related entities.
Leadership Transition and Strategic Focus
Rest assured, our current President and Managing Partners are not going anywhere. Chris Espielithies will transition into a Managing Partner role alongside Nick Espielithies and Emanuela Myers. This shift marks a significant milestone for CES, as it allows all Managing Partners to step back from daily operational responsibilities and focus entirely on guiding the company’s long-term strategic growth and expansion.
This transition is vital for our continued success, enabling our most experienced leaders to concentrate on identifying untapped opportunities, fostering innovation, and driving initiatives that position us for continued sustained growth in an ever-evolving business landscape. By stepping into a more strategic capacity, Chris, Nick, and Emanuela will leverage their expertise and vision to shape the future of CES, ensuring we remain competitive, agile, and ready to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
What’s Next for the CES
Looking ahead CES key priorities will be continued growth throughout the entire Canadian market and further expansion in the U.S. market, with the goal of positioning CES as a world-class leader in the industry. This strategic expansion will unlock significant growth opportunities, allowing us to broaden our customer base, diversify revenue streams, and establish CES as a dominant player on a larger stage. To achieve this, we will leverage innovative initiatives, operational excellence, and the visionary leadership of our Managing Partners. These efforts will lay the foundation for long-term success.
